Marimekko shops @ Crate & Barrel

I’ve always been a big fan of Marimekko from Crate & Barrel and I had just read an article that they announced plans to open 22 new Marimekko concept shops by the end of 2013. “Four are scheduled to open within a month: Madison Avenue in New York on April 28, North and Clyborn in Chicago on May 5, the Grove in Los Angeles on May 19, and Union Square in San Francisco on May 26.”


Their selected items have been available online but more items are set to launch on Marimekko online shop that will sell exclusive items such as: bedding, glassware and other tabletop items, gifts, accessories, fabric by the yard, clothing and of course I just placed an order:)

Cory Buckner: Architects



Cory Buckner is a Los Angeles based architect and award winner of the 2002 Los Angeles Preservation Award. Her works has been contributing to restore, protect, and preserve those beautiful homes which turns out very successful in bringing back homes to their original glory.
