House Among Trees

Mar Azul is a resort near Buenos Aires in Argentina that is populated with a thick forest and different kinds of trees. Since local construction codes prohibits the removal of trees, architects Martín Fernández de Lema and Nicolás F. Moreno Deutsch found an ingenious way of building the house among them. The terrain was also a part of the design where the architects strategically built it two stories to lay harmoniously among nature.
