David Klein is an American illustrator best known for his numerous posters for Howard Hughes and Trans World Airlines (TWA) during the 1950s and 1960s.

What I like most about his artworks are how he uses poppy colors and dynamic type into a simple abstract composition. Some of his pieces has psychedelic colors, I think it works well for advertisement.

One of his well known piece, the TWA poster that is advertising in New York’s Time Square (above) is a part of  MOMA’s permanent collections. All Posters has a few of his art works including this one which is on sale. You can also check out Ebay, you might just be able to find the original one!
