Some of you may remember these amazing and historical Avenel Housing Cooperative from our MAK tour entries.  They were designed by George Ain in Silver Lake, and now one of the units is on the market for $745,000.

After seeing this house first hand, I personally think it’s a little small for that price. Nonetheless, It’s a great opportunity to own a historical piece of architecture and the view is amazing!
