Case Study House No. 9 is originally designed by Eames and Eero Saarinen. It is beautifully restored and recently sold for $10 million last month according to the source.

‘Sited on a flat acre with head-on views of the Pacific Ocean. The main house includes 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, family room, library, 2 separate offices. The guest house consists of 2 bedroom suites, 3 baths, and kitchenette. Located on a private lane, gated, 4-car garage.’

The house was listed back in December 2008 for $14 million and the price dropped to $10 million after two years. 4 million dollars is a huge discount but it’s still extremely out of my reach.
