Practical Encyclopedia Books

Before showing the next five homes from the MAK Tour I decided to take a brief hiatus to do something a little different for today’s post just to keep things less redundant. The Pictures you see here are from a series of books called “Practical Encyclopedia of Good Decorating and Home Improvement”. This series contains 18 Volumes and is basically a DIY book.

I love the fact that it has a mixture of beautiful vintage illustrations and photographies. Since the book was published in 1971, most of the aesthetics were inspired from that era with bright psychedelic patterns and furniture.
