My realtor told us that they live in a mid-century home located in a place known as The Mar Vista Tract. After hearing this we were excited to discover this hidden Mid century paradise. Built after the second World War, this area looks well kept and maintained. It was originally designed by Gregory Ain.
The houses were all similar in size averaging at about 1,060 sq ft. Though compact, each individual home were uniquely designed. The sad thing is that these beauties rarely go on the market and it’s easy to understand why. They are designated as a Historical Preservation Overlay Zone in the U.S.
