Ulla Procope: GA3 Tea Pot

Finnish designer Ulla Procope designed this tea pot called GA3 during the 50′s to 60′s. This is probably her best-known dishware among her art pieces. It is made of either white, brown, or black glazed porcelain with a wicker handle.

The look seems very Asian inspired and is reminiscent of Chinese or Japanese porcelain.

She also designed a lot of stoneware that were produced by Arabia around the same time. I personally love the dark rich black kitchenwares.
