Marimekko’s Paaryna fabric

I’ve been wanting to own the Enzo Mari’s La Pera modern poster for a long time, but because it was little over my budget, I decided to go with this Marimekko’s silk screen pear instead. Surprisingly it cost about a tenth the amount of La Pera.  I’m actually more happy with this because the pear green matches well with the color of my case study V-leg bed. Although think I have to flip it 180 degrees.

The fabric is called paaryna and is a part of the Marimekko’s fabric series. I like having a single image on the wall but you can also hang the sequential version as a curtain. The Paaryna is available at textile art. Image 02 above is from alwaysmod.
